Welcome to Creator Access Lab. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use creatoraccesslab.com, create an account, take a membership, or borrow a product from us. Please read them carefully. By creating an account or booking a product, you agree to these Terms, our Shipping & Returns policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Our Service

Creator Access Lab is a membership platform for creators in India. Members can borrow products from our catalog, create honest content about them, and return them. The service works on a refundable deposit system.

 

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must live in India and be able to receive deliveries at an Indian address.
  • You must give us correct and complete information, including your name, phone number, and addresses.
  • You must have your own content channel (for example, YouTube, Instagram, or a blog) where you plan to share your content. 

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything that happens under your account.

  • One person can hold one account. Accounts cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.

  • Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.

 

4. Membership

  • Membership costs ₹499 per month.

  • You need an active membership to book products.

  • Membership fees are [non-refundable once billed. Confirm].

  • If your membership ends while you have a product booked, you must still return it as normal.

  • We may change the membership price in the future. We will tell you before any change applies to you.

5. Deposit Wallet

  • To book products, you add money to your deposit wallet. Each product has its own deposit requirement, which is shown once you are a member.

  • You can book any products whose deposits together fit within your wallet balance.

  • Your deposit is held as security. It cannot be spent on anything else.

  • While any product is booked and not yet returned, your wallet balance is locked and cannot be withdrawn.

  • Once all your booked products are returned and inspected, you can withdraw your wallet balance, minus any deductions under Section 8.

  • Withdrawals are refunded to your original payment method within [5–7] business days

6. Booking a Product

  • Products are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

  • When booking, you must enter your delivery address and your return address.

  • You pay forward and return shipping charges at the time of booking. Charges are fixed by city and shown before you pay.

  • We may cancel or refuse a booking if the product is unavailable, the information given is wrong, or we suspect misuse of the service. If we cancel, your deposit and shipping charges for that booking are returned to you.

 

7. Using the Products

Borrowed products remain our property, or the property of our brand partners, at all times. While a product is with you:

  • Use it with reasonable care and only for reviewing and creating content.

  • Do not sell, rent, lend, gift, pawn, or give it to anyone else.

  • Do not open, repair, modify, or take apart the product.

  • Keep all parts, accessories, and packaging safe.

  • Return it in the condition you received it, apart from normal wear from careful use.

 

8. Returns, Inspection & Deductions

  • Return the product within [7] days of delivery, using the return shipping paid for at booking.

  • Every returned product is inspected manually by our team.

  • If the product is damaged, a deduction is made from your deposit in proportion to the damage.

  • If parts or accessories are missing, their value may be deducted.

  • If a product is lost or not returned, we may keep up to the full deposit amount for that product.

  • We will tell you what we found and why any deduction was made. If you disagree, you can contact us within [3] days and we will review it.

  • Late returns: [a late fee of ₹50 per day may apply / we will contact you first.

9. Your Content

  • You keep ownership of the content you create. We do not claim it.

  • We do not tell you what to say. Your reviews should be your own honest opinion.

  • You must clearly disclose that the product was borrowed or provided for review, in line with applicable advertising and influencer guidelines in India.

  • You must not post anything that is false, misleading, defamatory, or illegal.

10. Things You Must Not Do

  • Give false information or use someone else’s identity

  • Use the service for anything illegal

  • Try to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website

  • Book products with no intention of creating content or returning them

  • Harass our team, brands, or other members

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these Terms, fail to return a product, or misuse the service. If your account is closed, you must still return any products you hold. Any remaining wallet balance will be returned to you after deductions for anything you owe.

You can close your account at any time once all your booked products are returned.

12. Limitation of Liability

We provide the service on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Creator Access Lab is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm caused by misuse of a borrowed product. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim.

We are also not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for important changes, tell you by email or on the website. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new Terms.
