Access to book products, the deposit amount for every product, and your own creator dashboard to track your deposit and bookings.
It’s refundable security money. Every product has its own deposit amount. It is not a fee, and you get it back when you return the product in good condition.
It keeps the products safe while they’re with you. This is what lets brands trust us with their products, and what lets you borrow without buying.
You add money to your wallet. You can then book any products whose deposits together fit within your balance. For example, with ₹5,000 in your wallet, you can book a ₹2,000 product and a ₹3,000 product together.
We show you exactly how much more to add, and give you a button to add it.
Yes. Once all your booked products have been returned and inspected, you can withdraw your wallet balance. It reaches your original payment method in [5–7] business days.
While you have a product booked and not yet returned, your wallet stays locked. It opens again once the product is returned.
Take a membership, add your deposit, choose a product, enter your delivery and return addresses, and pay the shipping charges.
It’s a fixed amount based on your city, shown before you pay. You pay both forward and return shipping when you book.
We dispatch within [2–3] business days, and delivery usually takes [3–7] business days depending on your city.

Our team inspects it. If it’s in good condition, your full deposit stays in your wallet. If it’s damaged or missing parts, a fair deduction is made.
We check each product manually, and the deduction is based on how much the product was damaged. Normal careful use is not treated as damage. We always tell you what we found and why, and you can ask us to review it.
We may keep up to the full deposit for that product.
